  2. Preceding Campylobacter diarrhoea
  3. Prodrome in 2/3

Examination

Muscle weakness proximal>distal

Investigations

Nerve conduction studies. Antiganglioside antibodies. LP: CSF ↑protein ↑lymphocytes
O2 sats, ABG, FVC qqh.

Treatment

Mechanical ventilation on ITU if resp failure.
