Test proximal→distal.
Radial
You see wrist drop.
Supplies all the extensors (EXCEPT brachioradialis):
- triceps
- brachioradialis
- supinator
- wrist extension
- extensor digitorum
Median
You see wasting of the thenar eminence
- pronation
- flexor digitorum superficialis
- flexor digitorum profundus I & II
- abductor pollicis brevis
Ulnar
You see benedition hand (main en griffe) + wasting of the
hypothenar eminence + guttering between the metacarpals
- flexor digitorum profundus III & IV
- flexion of ring and little fingers
- finger adduction
- finger abduction
